A family shop in Handlová had loyal regulars but no clear way to reward them. Perks depended on who was at the counter and whether anyone remembered.
I listen, observe, and test assumptions.
I spoke with the shop owners and customers, observed how purchases happen at the counter, and mapped the whole experience. The pattern was clear: people liked being rewarded, but nobody knew where they stood.
I turn insights into an idea to test.
Instead of fixing rewards case by case, I proposed one system for the whole shop: customers earn points with every purchase and always see where they stand. The shop controls the rewards. A direction worth testing.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
A product designer who asks why, then gets into the how.
I care about understanding people, making thoughtful design decisions, and turning ideas into useful things.
AI is part of my toolkit. Curiosity, care, and judgment shape what I make.
THE NEXT CHAPTER
A team to build with.
I’m open to junior and student roles in UX/UI, product design, and web design & development. I’m looking for a team where I can ask good questions, bring clarity to complex problems, and help make useful things.
